The year 2018 brings more challenges and opportunities around Chandigarh in terms of Real Estate Market. As everyone is aware, that the Sales have remained sluggish in and around Chandigarh, but recently with the further development of Airport Road beyond Aerocity, Mohali, newer opportunities for investments have been created, which are likely to give good returns in near future.

Prominent Investment options

Zirakpur remains the hot spot, with the coming up of Commercial as well as Residential projects namely by Sushma Builders, GBP, SBP Motia Group, Maya Garden and Lotus Group along the Airport Road, leading towards the Panchkula as well as VIP Road. Besides this, Dhakouli and Peer Muchella are further going to see the increased activity as area getting better and better Road connectivity Day by Day. Major projects upcoming in this area is from Motia Group, Sushma Builders, and Opera Gardens.

Just adjoining Mohali Airport Road, Aerocity remains on top focus. Although IT City is fast developing to be delivered in near future. Similarly, Industrial Zone developed by Janta Land Developers have seen increased construction activity and escalation in land prices. Thus becoming the hotspot for Investors in recent years.
